The relationship between humans and animals

The relationship between humans and animals

Stories about spirits show people's fear of the unknown, while in stories about animals, people often have a close connection with them, even though they are hunted, they are not enemies of the tribe.

Even the death of a hunted animal is not considered an offence because the animal agreed to be the guest. When a hunter kills an animal, he is praised and told not to be offended, to return the hunter in a different way.

To this, hunters must make sacrifices, such as cutting parts of the animal's butt and throwing them to the ground or the river, while thanking the animal and asking him to come back.

The elderly women tell the children some stories about animals so they can get to know them. The myth answers children's curious questions about their shape, size, or color.
